Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
EvoSphere ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, company, and role, if you provide them
- the area you need help with and your message
When you browse the site, we also collect general usage information such as pages visited, approximate location, device, and browser type through Google Analytics. Our server briefly processes your IP address to protect the contact form from spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and discuss how we can help
- keep a record of our conversations with you
- understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- protect the website from spam, fraud, and misuse
We don't sell your personal information, and we won't add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this website. They process information on our behalf only:
- Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Google Analytics, which measures website usage
- Google reCAPTCHA, which helps tell people apart from automated spam
- DigitalOcean, which hosts this website
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We choose providers that maintain recognised security and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA use cookies and similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. Blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent the contact form from working; you can always email us instead.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage any ongoing relationship, then delete them. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to our systems.
Access, correction, and complaints
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@evospheresolutions.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
